In a thrilling football final match held at the Central Department of Management Tribhuvan University (CDMTU), two girls teams from MBS 3rd Semester, Section A and Section D clashed against each other. The match was intense and both teams put up a tough fight. However, it was MBS 3rd Semester, Section A that emerged victorious, but not before the match was decided by a breathtaking penalty shoot-out.

The excitement continued as the boys’ final match saw MBS 1st Semester, Section C and MBS 3rd Semester, Section C compete against each other. Once again, the match was closely contested, and the winner was decided by a penalty shoot-out. In the end, it was MBS 1st Semester, Section C that claimed the victory.

According to Bal Krishna Oli, sports coordinator of the organizing committee, the best players (striker, defender, etc) of both volleyball and football matches will be announced during the Welcome and Farewell program scheduled to be held on April 13 at TU Memorial Hall. The program will also feature cultural performances by students.

The football matches were a great display of sportsmanship and skill, and the winners truly deserved their victories. Congratulations to all the teams that participated, and good luck to the best players on their well-deserved recognition at the upcoming event.
